Therapy focused on improving relationships.

Services

Individual Therapy

My passion lies in assisting those who are coping with the effects of trauma such as relational stress, anxiety, and shame. My clients often report feelings of ‘not good enough’ or misunderstood; this can sometimes lead to perfectionism. Trauma can make us feel isolated and alone. My goal is to foster a safe environment where clients feel heard and validated, and to support their healing journey along the way.

Family Therapy

Working with Family Dynamics: A Passion for Helping Adult Children and Siblings. Navigating family dynamics can be tricky, but my passion lies in working with adult children and siblings who are struggling with issues such as communication, boundaries, and family secrets. Family relationships can be complex and nuanced, but I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where families can have difficult conversations and develop the skills needed for maintaining healthy relationships.

Couples and Relationship Counseling

My work involves helping couples deal with a range of issues, such as communication barriers, intimacy struggles, infidelity, and overall relationship disconnect. Throughout their time together, couples face numerous obstacles and life changes. Seeking the help of a couples therapist can provide them with the necessary tools to navigate through those difficult periods.

I also provide couples intensive therapy for those looking to make progress in a short amount of time.

Discernment Counseling

Discernment Counseling is a way of helping couples where one person is “leaning out” of the relationship—and not sure that regular marriage counseling would help–and the other is “leaning in”—that is, interested in rebuilding the marriage.
